However as I mentioned yesterday, the appointment time was wrong.

I ordered 11:30 by Whatsapp and I got a reply 11:30 was fine.

But it was settled to be 10:30 without noticing in the confirmation email then I couldn’t change it to my original time 11:30.

I know every human beings and systems make mistakes so is it possible to send the customer the confirmation email 48hrs before?

I’d like to make appointment without any worries next time.

However I fully got satisfied about the massage itself.Thank you so much!
